Oman Cables provides training to staff on regular basis with a strong commitment from leadership. Leadership in Health and Safety (LiHs) programs are attended by top level management to support the commitment towards health and safety vision.
Several cascading sessions are also conducted to supervisors, engineers and blue-collar workers to embed the values on health and safety and work collectively to achieve the company vision.
