Project Description

Deerfields Townsquare, a new mall built at a cost of Dh 700 million on the outskirts of Abu Dhabi city in Al Bahia.

The mall is expected to provide a boost to one of the emirate’s less developed and less affluent areas. Until now, the area’s retail offering has been limited to petrol station service shops and some small grocery and convenience stores.

Officials hope to service the catchment area of the mall, which includes 150,000 people living nearby, as well as some of the 500,000 cars that pass by on the Dubai-to-Abu Dhabi highway every week.

There are 180 stores in all, at the mall, spread across three floors, while the garden level is reserved for casual dining. Parking space for up to 3,000 cars and are targeting Al Bahia, Shahama, Al Rahba, Al Reef, Khalifa City A & B, Al Raha Gardens and Al Raha Beach as our catchment areas where the total population is about 150,000 and expected to rise to 200,000 over the next five years.
